Civilians Disaster Response Organization, (CDRO) is a non-profit that has been a lifeline for farms and communities in Western North Carolina since 2019. They work tirelessly to ensure farms recover from natural disasters by providing essential feeds, farming equipment, fencing and support needed to recover their farms.
Hay is essential for sustaining all types of livestock, especially during the challenging recovery period after a disaster. We gratefully accept donations of hay rounds, bales, and monetary contributions, which enable us to purchase hay in bulk. These resources provide critical support to farms that are unable to afford feed during their recovery, ensuring their animals remain cared for and their operations stay on track.
